The second place was taken by other Russians Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Marazov (75.78).
The top three were closed by the Japanese Riku Miyura and Ryuichi Kihara (73.98).
The athletes will present their free program on November 13.
Earlier, the Olympic champion of the 2014 Games in Sochi in team competition, Yekaterina Bobrova, expressed confidence that the whole world will follow the Russian figure skating championship.
