Zamalek is threatened with being denied participation in the Egyptian League next season

Zamalek is threatened not to appear in the Egyptian Premier League next season, due to the decisions issued against him by the International Football Association and the International Sports Court (CAS).

Yesterday, the Sports Court obligated Zamalek to pay an additional 400,000 dollars in favor of Sporting Lisbon, bringing the total amount owed to be paid in favor of the Portuguese club, one million and 300,000 dollars to be paid within 30 days of the ruling, according to the assurances of a member of the temporary committee that runs Zamalek club Amr Adham to the channel “Echo.” Country".

Zamalek's debts to former players and coaches who received enforceable provisions exceed the $15 million barrier.

Zamalek was previously deprived of registration for two consecutive periods due to penalties imposed on him because of his junior player Hossam Faisal, who signed for an academy in Cameroon and signed a professional contract with Zamalek.

The International Football Association may turn to a decision to relegate Zamalek to the lower level, if he does not commit to paying the fines issued against him on the scheduled dates, after he has exhausted the gradual penalties for deducting points from his balance and preventing him from being registered.
