Center Daniel Ljunggren is team captain in hockeyallsvenska Mora, but will now play two matches in Leksand.
It was not appreciated by Mora's supporters and it has made Johan Hedberg now explain himself.
“The decision to lend Daniel Ljunggren to Leksands IF I made with a single purpose, that I judged that it would benefit Mora IK and Daniel.
On the other hand, I have underestimated what a decision like this evokes in the feelings of several of our most important people - you, our fantastic supporters ", he writes.
Hedberg urges supporters not to criticize Ljunggren.
"It was my decision and it was I who thought that Daniel would go and play these two matches.
This has been instructive for me and I have a great understanding of the reactions that the decision has provoked ", he writes.
Tonight Leksand plays at home against Djurgården and then Ljunggren is there.
