On November 4, the athlete activity area of the National Speed Skating Stadium was opened to the media for the first time.
It is reported that there are 14 locker rooms for athletes in the athlete activity area of the National Speed Skating Stadium, a warm-up area for athletes of nearly 1,000 square meters and a strength room of about 700 square meters.
According to the athletes' habits before and after the game, the locker room is equipped with more than ten lockers and a number of strip benches. During the game, it will also be equipped with related toiletries and epidemic prevention materials.
In the athlete's strength room, there are two types of fitness equipment, aerobic training and anaerobic training, specially prepared for speed skaters to warm up before the game.
