It's "an announcement that is not simple," as Tony Yoka said Sunday on Instagram.
“Estelle and I have been divorced for a few months now,” writes the Olympic champion in Rio in 2016. Yoka had married Estelle Mossely, also crowned at the Rio Games, in January 2018. The boxing couple has two sons, Ali and Magomed, born in 2017 and 2020.
"It's a page that is turned," continues the heavyweight, still undefeated in 11 professional fights.
“We shared great moments, forever etched in our memories and our history.
I only wish her happiness because she is a beautiful person and a great champion.
"
The two athletes had separated for the first time in the fall of 2018, before coming back together a few months later.
