Al-Hashemi, Emirati Hadi Omar Al-Husseini, was crowned with the title of flyweight, after defeating the Egyptian Hassan Abdel-Hafez, and grabbed the spotlight with a wonderful performance, achieving his third victory in a row. The Lebanese Youssef Gharayri won the main fight over his Iraqi rival Hussein Salem in the featherweight by the decision of the judges, and the Jordanian Mona Ftouhi succeeded in achieving his first victories by defeating the Jordanian Lina Fayyad by the decision of the judges.
