The ice skating federation has launched an investigation into allegations that Shim Seok-hee deliberately collided during the Pyeongchang Olympics short track event.
Shim Suk-hee was disqualified after colliding with Choi Min-jeong, who was about to overtake in the final lap of the 1,000-meter final at the Pyeongchang Olympics.
With Shim Seok-hee completely denying the allegations, the Ice Skating Federation started investigating the facts from today (27th).
The investigation committee, made up of lawyers and leaders, plans to summon Shim Seok-hee and others to complete the investigation within this year, if necessary.
