In the Clasico on Sunday between Barcelona and Real Madrid, coach Carlo Ancelotti was heard asking Vinicius Junior to "focus on the match, not the fans."

The Brazilian had entered into various clashes during the confrontation that ended with the "Royal" victory 2-1 in the "Camp Nou" in the home of Barca.

But the quiet Ancelotti - who was close to the incident and watched it all - urged the young winger to back off rather than distract him.

The veteran Italian coach's composure was a sign of Ancelotti's impact on the match, and undoubtedly contributed to his side's impressive victory at the home of their eternal rivals.

Vinicius had clashed with Jordi Alba, Gerard Pique and Oscar Mingueza during the first half, and he was certainly not loved by the public after he hysterically celebrated the first goal of Meringue, which was scored by David Alaba.

It seems that Vinicius wanted to leave his mark on the Camp Nou and he certainly did so when he also contributed to the victory of his team.

These victories almost prove to be the norm for Real Madrid in recent seasons.
