[Beijing Winter Olympics] How is the closed-loop management of the release of the Winter Olympics Epidemic Prevention Manual?

[Commentary] On October 25, the IOC, the International Paralympic Committee and the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee jointly released the first edition of the "Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games Epidemic Prevention Manual".

According to the "Epidemic Prevention Manual", a closed-loop management policy will be implemented during the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, covering all Winter Olympic venues including arrivals and departures, transportation, accommodation, catering, competitions, and opening and closing ceremonies.

Recently, the Asian Figure Skating Open and the Short Track Speed Skating World Cup have been held successively in the Capital Gymnasium.

As a field exercise for the Beijing Winter Olympics, a closed-loop management policy was implemented for the epidemic prevention of the test competition.

For example, our flow lines do not cross, and the partitions do not overlap. We have set up our own separate flow lines for different customer groups.

The athlete group has its own separate streamline. The main area for athletes is the athlete rest area and the competition area, the FOP area.

Then after the athlete enters the FOP area, we will arrange full-time volunteers in the sports field to collect his personal belongings for the athlete, such as his mask (etc.) personal belongings, and will give him a separate collection device.

[Explanation] It is pointed out in the "Epidemic Prevention Handbook" that the vaccination of athletes participating in the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics "should be exhausted."

Cai Wei said that in order to ensure that the epidemic prevention work is foolproof, all service guarantee personnel participating in the test competition have achieved a 100% vaccination rate.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, all of our staff have carried out vaccination. This time, the vaccination rate of the service guarantee personnel has reached 100%, and the whole process of vaccination has been carried out.

[Commentary] Cai Wei introduced that nucleic acid testing is currently an effective means to detect the new crown epidemic, so the closed-loop area personnel are required to conduct nucleic acid testing every day.

Once the new crown epidemic occurs in the competition venues, the event organizers will immediately initiate an emergency plan.
