Alberto Entrerrios will no longer be on the bench for HBC Nantes at the end of the season.

After ten seasons with the Violets, the one who left his mark on the club, as a player and then alongside Thierry Anti, will leave his coaching position at the end of this 2021-2022 season.

A decision that the Spanish coach, main coach of the "H" since 2019, has chosen to formalize through a press release.

"This exciting adventure which will have marked almost a quarter of my life and that of my family, will come to an end next summer," said the former left-back of HBC Nantes, currently 4th in the French championship.

"My vision is different from that of the management"

“Goodbyes don't usually happen when things are going well.

My vision of how a team should be managed is noticeably different from that of the club management and that is why I consider it better to separate our paths ”.

Alberto Entrerrios, who will be at the end of his contract, will join Limoges Handball next summer, where he has signed up for three seasons.

A new twist for the Nantes club, which must already do without its president, suspended as a precaution by the National Handball League (LNH).

The latter is accused by the referees of the Nantes-Limoges match, on October 8, of having made homophobic remarks against them.
