24-year-old Erik Ullman gave Södertälje the lead with a real projectile directly from technology.

A shot that was unreachable for Claes Endre in the Björklöven goal.

Towards the end of the first period, the home team created several qualified goal chances.

With just over three minutes left, they got the chance in game five against three, but SSK kept the period close.

- It was where it should be, you shoot a lot per match so it was nice that it goes in, says Ullman about the goal in C More's broadcast.

Eventful mid-period

However, it would not be long before the home team entered the match in goal.

Two minutes into the second period, Björklöven got an early equalizer when Gerry Fitzgerald firmly pushed the puck into the crossbar.

But SSK would again take the lead in the match.

The puck controlled via a home player and looked angrily into the goal, SSK's Felix Olsson was noted for the goal.

Umeå team's Karl Johansson immediately equalized for the home team when he carefully steered in 2-2 in front of SSK-kassen.

With five minutes left in the middle period, the guests got the chance in powerplay, which was also used in the best way when Emil Alba slammed in the lead goal 3-2.

Dramatic ending

SSK then punctured the match in the final period.

Canadian Colin Smith put in 4-2 between the legs of the goalkeeper.

Björklöven made it dramatic when they reduced to 4-3 with just over a minute left but the home team did not come closer than that.

The victory means that the Södertälje team hangs with the other teams in the top tier of the table.
