The youth sports training industry is quietly undergoing changes under the tide of "double reduction".

Zhou Jinyao, deputy director of the Youth Sports Department of the State Sports General Administration, said that the introduction of the "double reduction" policy has provided basic conditions for the development of the sports training industry.

"The first is to lead the whole society to establish the educational philosophy of'health first', and create a good atmosphere for parents and children to participate in physical exercises and national fitness. At the same time, the "double reduction" also allows young people to participate in physical exercises. Sufficient time, so the "double reduction" is to provide the basic conditions for the development of our sports training industry." She said.

Zhou Jinyao introduced that under the background of "double reduction", relevant departments have strengthened the scientific supervision of the sports industry and introduced systems and standards to guide the industry's normative and healthy development, help companies maintain the bottom line of quality and safety, and let them start from the beginning. The industry is on a benign development track, providing a strong institutional guarantee for the growth of enterprises.

Yang Chen, secretary-general of the NYBO Youth Basketball Open Organizing Committee, interpreted the impact of the "double reduction" policy on youth sports training from the perspective of the industry.

"I think first of all, in the short term, it may not be effective soon, but in the long term this is particularly good news."

He introduced that in the exchanges with some colleagues of training institutions, it was found that after the "double reduction", the difficulty of active enrollment has been reduced. Many parents have appeals to send their children to training. "It is the market cake that will become bigger. ."

"Before this, parents were more aimed at making their children sweat. However, the'double reduction' policy has mobilized parents' awareness and height of sports, so this will inevitably affect the changes in the needs of some parents. The considerations of clubs and training institutions will change. Then, clubs need to improve certification standards, or target training, and so on."

With the development of the youth sports training industry, the professional quality requirements of frontline trainers are getting higher and higher.

For example, Yang Chen introduced that NYBO has a "Ivy League Program", "We will enter various competition areas to train referees and coaches."

"The Chinese Basketball Association has been cultivating E-level coaches in recent years, with great efforts. Every year, many coaches will go through training, certification and other links to obtain the qualifications of coaches. The Basketball Association has provided support to the society. We I also see that the level of coaches is constantly improving." He introduced.

After the "double reduction" policy was promulgated, it is a major development opportunity for the sports training industry, especially for youth sports training institutions.

Zhou Jinyao pointed out that this also highlights the explosive growth of the industry in the short term, resulting in strong market demand, but a serious shortage of resources, especially high-quality resources.

This will be gradually resolved under further regulation, supervision and guidance.

In addition, there are more trainings for young people and fewer competitions in society, and this problem also needs to be resolved.

Zhou Jinyao introduced that this year the State General Administration of Sports has made an important deployment for the development of youth sports. It is necessary to build the "three major systems" of youth physical health promotion, youth sports training, and youth sports competitions. These three systems can promote and integrate with each other to enable youth Sports healthy development.

"The relationship between events and training is actually the two parts involved in the "three major systems." Branded events like the NYBO Youth Basketball Open not only provide training for the event, but also for school physical education. A platform that can attract young people to participate in sports and enjoy the fun of sports, and stimulate their love for sports." (End)
