His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, honored the winners in the categories of the eighth session of the "Dubai Model for Sports Excellence" from players, clubs and football companies in Dubai, who achieved achievements during the past two sports seasons, during a ceremony organized by Dubai Sports Council, yesterday morning, under the slogan "Ambition Without Borders", in the Al Jawhara Ballroom at Madinat Jumeirah Hotel.
Mattar Al Tayer, Vice Chairman of the Dubai Council, participated in honoring the winners, in the presence of Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, members of the Dubai Sports Council, members of club departments, and a number of sports councils.
The ceremony comes within the framework of the fiftieth year, and coincides with the major global event "Expo 2020 Dubai", while the ceremony aims to enhance the values of excellence and excellence in work, and raise the level of achievements, in order to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE Ruler of Dubai.
