Ahead of Tyson Fury's match against Swedish Otto Wallin in September 2019, SVT Sport had an exclusive chat with the world star who spoke openly about his mental illness.

After the sensational victory against the then heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015, the British ended up in a deep depression and began to abuse alcohol and cocaine.

The boxer swelled to over 180 kilos and at one point drove his Ferrari at over 300 kilometers per hour towards a bridge.

- It was a really heavy period, but I came back for a reason.

To spread the word about mental illness and show that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

It is possible to get well again, Fury told SVT Sport.
