Tonight, Häcken makes his debut in the Champions League when they start the group game at home against the French big club Lyon.

But the Champions League adventure risks ending without the star trio Stina Blackstenius, Emma Kullberg and Julia Zigiotti Olme.

According to Sportbladet, all three have contracts that expire in mid-November - in the middle of the Champions League group stage.

- We would have liked to have seen that we had this clear early on.

Now they are not ready to extend.

They want more time, but there is nothing concrete we can do in this situation, says Häcken's sports director Martin Ericsson who admits that none of the players are close to extending at the moment.

- As it is now, none of them is willing to extend their contracts.

Agent: "The future is planned right now"

However, Ericsson is hopeful.

- It feels obvious that you want to play CL matches.

I really hope we find out, he says.

When SVT Sport spoke to Blackstenius in mid-September, she said that there is interest from European clubs.

And she is also no stranger to testing games abroad again.

- I am aware that there is interest and think it feels super fun.

It attracts and would be very developing for me to get out in Europe, she told SVT Sport then.

Michael Kallbäck, Kullberg's and Zigiotti Olme's agent, says that the players' future is planned right now.

- Therefore, it is too early to make a decision on extension right now, he says to Sportbladet and continues:

- There is quite a lot of interest in both players from clubs in different countries.

We hope to reach a decision within a month.
