age of 51, Choi Kyung-ju conquered Pebble Beach, a prestigious course of his dreams, with a smooth and sophisticated shot instead of the powerful swing of his heyday.
On the last day of the PGA Champions Tour tournament, where 50 and older competed, he made a birdie streak for 4 consecutive holes with terrifying concentration and won the championship by two strokes with a total of 13 under par.

Choi Kyung-ju, who became the first Korean to win the 2002 PGA Tour Compaq Classic, is an Asian legend who won 8 victories until the 2011 Players Championship.
After surgery to remove a thyroid tumor in 2018, he lost 13kg and faced a crisis in his life due to chronic back pain.
It marked another mark in Korean golf history by becoming the first Korean to win the Senior Tour.
