The Egyptian newspaper Akhbar Al-Youm revealed the separation of Mohamed El-Shennawy, goalkeeper of the first football team in Al-Ahly Club, from his wife, Menna Essam, after an 11-year relationship between them.

The news of the separation topped the search engines on social networking sites, throughout the past hours, after strong rumors that emerged from those close to the player confirming that the divorce had occurred between Al-Shennawi and his wife some time ago.

Muhammad Al-Shennawi deleted all the photos of his wife from his account on the Instagram photo and video exchange site, which was buzzing with their moments together, during the period of their marriage, to open the door to many speculations, about the separation of the international guard from his wife, Menna Essam,

and the circulation of the pioneers of the video site “Tik Tok”, A new video clip of Menna Essam, the wife of the international guard, showing the ink on her fingers accompanied by another man, claiming that they are clips from her marriage contract after her separation from Muhammad Al-Shennawi.

The famous page wrote: “I still know that Al-Shennawi separated from his wife three months ago.

And the page stated: "We made sure that Al-Shennawi in every moment he made a mistake, was not reckless or arrogant. The days transgressed and responded to us, and we understood after a while the reasons for Al-Shennawi's retreat and his lack of focus for a moment, and with all this he was standing on his feet and no one felt the circumstances he went through."

Mohamed El-Shennawy celebrated his marriage to Menna Essam in 2010, in a large ceremony inside a hotel in New Cairo, in the presence of Al-Ahly stars, and the ceremony was revived by the then-star Mohamed Hamaki.
