The UAE Karate Federation discusses Dubai's preparations to host the World Cup

The Karate Federation has discussed all special preparations for Dubai's hosting of the Men's World Cup, which will be held next November at the Hamdan bin Mohammed Sports Complex.


This came in the meeting, which was held yesterday, Saturday, at the headquarters of the Karate Federation in Dubai, and was attended by the President of the UAE and Asian Federations, the First Vice President of the International Federation, Major General Nasser Abdul Razzaq Al-Razouki, Vice President of the Federation Marwan Sinkel, Secretary General Rashid Abdul Majeed Al Ali, and Secretary General Assistant Humaid Shamis, Financial Director Muhammad Al Shehhi, Board Member Maryam Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Federation Expert Muhammad Abbas, Chairman of the Competitions Committee Ibrahim Al Nuaimi, and Chairman of the Referees Committee Ibrahim Al Janahi.


In the meeting, Al-Razouki recommended the necessity of full coordination between the members of the Council and all the committees working in the tournament, with the aim of coming up with the "Dubai World Cup" in the way the country hosts major international events.


The meeting included the adoption of the competition program for the new sports season 2021-2022, which begins after the end of the World Championship, and the mechanisms for evaluating the coaches of the national teams were discussed, in addition to the formation of a special committee to evaluate coaches headed by Marwan Sinkel, Vice President of the Federation, and the membership of Ibrahim Al-Janahi, Ibrahim Al-Nuaimi and Jaber Al-Zaabi. .
