- I understand more this year why I do certain training sessions than I might have understood last year, says Stina Nilsson when SVT Sport meets her at the national team's September camp.

Jean-Marc Chabloz, the national team's and Stina Nilsson's shooting coach, describes that the development curve continues to go in the right direction, even though it did not point as steeply upwards this summer.

It has been tougher this year, but the training has still gone well and she has broken a personal record in precision shooting.

- 509 points when we fired 30 shots lying and 30 shots standing.

600 is the maximum score, so it says something for those who understand biathlon, says Chabloz with a smile.

"The key is to separate the different steps"

This summer, they have worked with Nilsson to be able to go from full energetic skiing to relaxation and concentration in shooting.

- We have worked very hard with the shift from sprint-Stina to shooting-Stina, to channel her energy in the right way, says Chabloz.

- The key for me is to really separate the different moments, so I do not take a shooter out on the track, but also the opposite, that the ride does not affect the shooter, says Stina Nilsson.
