The second cycle of the cycling season, which took place yesterday morning, in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, witnessed great success and a wide participation that reached 231 cyclists representing all the participating groups, and its results resulted in the victory of Ali Al-Hasani, from Al-Shabab Al-Ahly Club, at the top of the clubs category (Senior), followed by his colleague Abdul Rahman Al Balushi, And Abdul Rahman Al-Mansoori from the Abu Dhabi team came third.

The champions were crowned Khalifa bin Omair, First Vice-President of the Federation, Muhammad Al Qubaisi, Second Deputy, Nayef Jakeh, Chairman of the Referees Committee, Abdul Karim Al Zarouni, Salem Bushlibi, team managers, club representatives and Umm Al Quwain Police, who contributed to securing the race track.

The Secretary-General of the Cycling Federation, Yasser Al-Doukhi, confirmed to "Emirates Today" that the race witnessed a large turnout of the participants, which indicated the teams' readiness for a sports season that is expected to be stronger than last season, indicating that the electronic transformation in calculating the results will represent a major leap at the level of organization. It helps the referees to extract the results accurately and quickly, and Al-Doukhi thanked the clubs and all the teams for their great interaction with the race and their desire to compete.

In the U-23 results, Osama Sabahi from Al-Nasr came first, followed by Muhammad Al-Mutaiwee from Abu Dhabi Club, then Saif Al-Amri from Shabab Al-Ahly.

In the general ranking of the amateur nationals under 40 years (teams), Majid Al Balushi of the Turk team (M7) came first, then his colleague Hareb Ibrahim second, and Omar Murad of Dubai Police third.

In the amateur category - nationals over 40 years old, Aref Raafat from Dubai Police won, followed by Mohammed Al Shehhi from Turk Team, then Fahd Al Wahidi from (Rabdan).
