Zamalek said: The penalties do not comply with the correct law and the regulations that must be implemented, and the club’s legitimate and legal requests regarding conducting an investigation into the incident or hearings with the intent of presenting the facts have not been responded to in a manner that ensures the fair application of the law and regulations.
