Russian players topped the first places in arm wrestling competitions, within the Fujairah Challenge Championship for bodybuilding, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, with the participation of more than 30 players from different countries of the world.
At the conclusion of the competitions that were held yesterday, at the Zayed Sports Complex, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, President of the Emirates Federation for Body Building and Fitness, crowned the first winners, in the presence of the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Championship, Mohammed Obaid bin Majid.
The competition resulted in the victory of the Russian Maxim Bleu in the weight of under 85 kilograms, while the title of the weight of more than 85 kilograms returned to the Russian Ruslan Bev.
At the level of citizens, the lightweight Salem Al-Shehhi won the first place, followed by Ali Saleh Al-Shehhi second, and Walid Musa third.
In the heavyweight category, Ali Abdullah Al-Shehhi won the first place, followed by Abdullah Abbas second, and Muhammad Al-Moallem third.
The international arbitration team was supervised by Khaled Al-Hajj, Ibrahim Al-Ali, Yahya Al-Sari, the Ukrainian Sirjana, and her compatriot Roda Cove.
