The Secretary-General of Dibba Al-Hisn Club, Saeed Al-Riyami, confirmed that the Dibba Al-Hisn administration is looking forward to an exceptional season in individual and team games.
He told "Emirates Today": "We look forward to the handball team winning one of the first four places in the league, after we have a good team with technical and mental capabilities that call for optimism."
And about the basketball team, he said: "This is the first year in which teams were formed in the age stages, and we aspire to be distinguished in the future, as a strong supporter of the national teams."
He added, "The adult futsal team is participating in the league championship and is looking forward to a good season in the men's category, while the youth team is at the top of its championship standings, while the club's swimmers will compete strongly in the upcoming competitions."
He concluded: "The sport of jiu-jitsu has been announced, and the goal will be to participate in the next world championships in the capital Abu Dhabi, in addition to bow and arrow, table tennis, taekwondo, bicycles and athletics, and in all of them there is a plan for excellence."
