To provide resources and develop the right strategic plans that fit our sporting reality, and to enable the people of the country to assume leadership, supervisory and technical roles in our clubs, in addition to strengthening the relationship with the club’s surroundings, expanding the scope of its influence, and methods of attracting and developing national talents.
