In this weekend's Allsvenskan meeting with Varberg, Örebro's Nasiru Moro was sent off after beating Robin Tranberg in the opposing team.

The Swedish Football Association's disciplinary committee has investigated the incident and come to the decision to suspend Moro for two more matches - in addition to the automatic suspension of a match for the red card.

He is thus suspended for a total of three Allsvenskan matches.

"After taking note of the report, statement and match video, the disciplinary committee states that what happened should be punished with further suspension in addition to the automatic match.

The length of the suspension is determined according to the board's practice and corresponds to two matches ", the disciplinary committee writes in the decision.

Earlier this week, Moro spoke in Nerikes Allehanda.

- I was very sad.

"I thought I had put my team in a really difficult situation because we needed all our players on the pitch and how struggling everyone was because of me," he told NA.

Nasiru Moro now misses the matches against Norrköping, Östersund and Malmö.
