Lionel Messi could return to action for Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.

The Argentine star player is part of the match selection for the Champions League match with Club Brugge, as well as the again fit Neymar.

The two stars were missing last Saturday in the league match against Clermont Foot (4-0 win), because they had only just returned to Paris after international obligations with their national teams.

The Argentinians Ángel Di María and Leandro Paredes also did not participate for that reason.

Messi made his PSG debut just before the international match, as a substitute in the won competition match with Stade de Reims.

The former Barcelona player played for 25 minutes and did not score.

The Argentinian can make his first European minutes in Bruges for the French club.

It is a long-cherished wish of PSG to win the Champions League.
