Fans of the national football team said that they were concerned after the image in which "Al-Abyad" appeared in the first two rounds of the third and final phase of the Asian qualifiers directly to the World Cup 2022. They called on the Football Association to sit with Dutch coach Van Marwijk to correct the path and treat the defects before playing the game. The upcoming matches, the first of which will be on the 7th of next October, will be against the Iranian team, which is ranked first in Group A. It is noteworthy that the team appeared faintly, and was satisfied with a draw with Lebanon and Syria, to occupy the third place in the first group with two points, compared to the lead of Iran, and South Korea again with four points, and one point for each of Iraq, Lebanon and Syria. They said that there is a great need not to repeat the mistakes witnessed in the previous two matches, especially by wasting easy opportunities, which cost Al-Abyad to lose four very important points.

They told "Emirates Today": "The Football Association should hold a session with coach Marvik and develop a new road map for the team, so that the team regains its true image and position."

The head of the Baniyas Club fans and the national team fan, Hariz Hamad Al-Menhali, confirmed that although there is a state of dissatisfaction with the team, they all turn around the "white", as long as the hope of competing for the World Cup qualification card still exists, directed in this regard. Several messages to the Football Association, the coach and the players, describing the qualifiers as difficult, and said that they require doubled effort.

Al-Menhali added: I say to the Football Association, we, as an audience, are with you, and behind the team, but we must sit down with the coach and review his plans.

He concluded his speech by emphasizing the importance of the audience's presence in the next match against Iran, as it is a fateful match.

In turn, Adel Al-Menhali confirmed that the public is not satisfied, and that this stems from their love for him and their desire to quickly correct the course and preserve his chance to qualify for the World Cup.

He added, "It is clear that the team is suffering because of the decline in the level of attack, and the Football Association must sit with the coach of the team and put points above the letters, because if the team loses its next match in the qualifiers, this means a great effort wasted."

For his part, Ibrahim Al-Hosani confirmed that they, as a crowd, are not satisfied with the team and the level it has presented so far, especially as he played against the teams of Lebanon and Syria, which, with respect for them, are considered less than the team in terms of technical capabilities, stressing that the coach of the team has technical papers and a bench. Substitutes should have used it as required, especially with a player with great experience like Tigali, pointing out that despite the technical capabilities of Ali Mabkhout and Kayo, they can sometimes be different from their day.

"The problem of the national team is purely technical, and we must work to treat it," he added.

For his part, national team fan Khaled Al-Jabri said that the team could have achieved a better result than it was, pointing out that despite the negative results, the opportunity to qualify still exists, but it is difficult and requires the correct recruitment of the players, and that the players play the upcoming matches with greater confidence and spirit.
