Yesterday, the Sharjah team was crowned champion of the Handball Super Cup for the fourth time in a row, by defeating Al Jazira by four goals and with a score of 26-22, in the match that brought them together at Al Nasr Club Hall in Dubai.

Sharjah continued to tighten its grip on the "Super" after the 2017, 2018, and 2019, especially since the tournament was not played last year due to the "Corona" pandemic.

Sharjah hit the title of "Emirati Super" on the 25th of this month, to compete for the title of the fourth edition of the "Emirati-Bahraini Super", which combines it with the champion of the "Bahraini Super".

After the match ended, the Assistant Secretary-General of the General Sports Authority, Khaled Al-Midfa, the Secretary-General of the Sharjah Sports Council, Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, the President of the Handball Federation, Nabil Ashour, the Chairman of the Sharjah Club, Ali Salem Al-Midfa, and members of the Board of Directors of the Federation and the two clubs, crowned players Al Jazeera with silver medals, and Sharjah players with gold medals and the Fifth Edition Cup.
