Sharjah Club will host the China-Vietnam match in the World Cup qualifiers
The Asian Football Confederation has decided to hold the match between China and Vietnam in Group B matches in the final qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup at Sharjah Club Stadium on October 7.
Last April, Sharjah Stadium hosted the second group matches of the AFC Champions League 2021, which included Sharjah clubs, Iranian Tractor, Uzbekistan's Pakhtakor and the Iraqi Air Force. Last June, it hosted the first group matches in the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the Qatar Cup.
