Just under a week ago, Rögle faced Munich on home ice and left as the winner.

Today, however, it did not go as well.

The whites went to Germany and lost, after three wins in the group, 2-1.

And Trevor Parkes became a great match hero for the home team with his double goals.

However, it started with a goalless story in the first period.

The Swedish away team was slightly pushed back by a hard-pressed Munich and was in some moments a little bad out.

However, there were no high-class goal chances.

In the second period, however, the first goal came - then to the home team.

Frederik Tiffels combined, together with Jonathon Blum, to Trevor Parkes, who was strong on the puck and put 1-0.

With six minutes left in the second period, Patrick Hager was released, but Calle Clang made a good save and prevented Munich from an extended lead.

Instead, the 2-0 goal came a few minutes later.

Clang had a lot of traffic in front of him and the 1-0 shooter could, in power play mode, steer the puck into goal.

However, the reduction would be noted.

Ludvig Larsson offered a spot-safe shot that looked in behind a fairly obscured Danny Aus den Birken.

After the goal, the guests started to grab the match.

For Rögle, the SHL premiere against Örebro on 11 September is now waiting.

The next match in the CHL is on October 5, then against Sönderjyske on away ice.
