Japanese ace Keiichi Kimura won the silver medal in the Tokyo Paralympic Swimming Men's 100-meter Breaststroke visually impaired class.
Kimura has participated in the Paralympics for four consecutive tournaments, and is the first to win a medal in this tournament.
