The UFC 267: Blahović vs Teixeira Championships kicks off on Saturday 30 October at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island, with preliminary competitions starting at 6:30 pm local time, and the main fights at 10 pm local time.

Poland's Blahović, who has 28 wins and 8 defeats, is looking to consolidate his recent victory with his category belt after defeating the middleweight champion, Izrail Adesanya.

Blahović has 14 years of mixed martial arts experience, racking up stunning knockout wins over Luke Rockhold, Dominic Reese and Corey Anderson, as he enters the Etihad Arena with another victory in mind to continue his reign at the Light Heavyweight Championship.

For his part, American Teixeira enters the bout with 32 wins and 7 defeats, and hopes to win his second UFC title by defeating Blahovic.

Teixeira's style is characterized by the combination of powerful punches and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which he carries on his black belt.

In the second major bout, Sterling, 20, is planning to cement his claim to the UFC Bantamweight Championship by putting up a solid performance against Yan, having defeated him for the first time by disqualification in March.

Thanks to his wrestling skill, Sterling scored well-deserved victories over Cory Sandhagen, Pedro Munhos and Jimmy Rivera.

On the other hand, Russian Yan, who holds only 15 wins and two defeats, appears ready to thwart Sterling's plans, avenge his loss by disqualification, and reclaim the UFC Bantamweight Championship.
