Chantal van den Broek-Blaak won the Simac Ladies Tour on Sunday.

The Dutchman from SD Worx held on to her leader's jersey in the final stage, which was won by Marianne Vos.

The 31-year-old Van den Broek-Blaak started the final stage with a lead of 20 seconds on Marlen Reusser and 30 seconds on Ellen van Dijk.

That margin was no longer in jeopardy.

Van den Broek-Blaak had conquered the leader's jersey on Saturday in the queen stage.

It is the second time for Van den Broek-Blaak that she has won the Ladies Tour.

The Rotterdamse was also the best in the Dutch stage race in 2016.

Last year the overall victory went to Luxembourg's Christine Majerus.

The final stage became a prey for Vos.

The 34-year-old veteran was the best in the sprint in Arnhem and thus booked her third stage victory of this Ladies Tour.

Alice Barnes sprinted to second place, ahead of Amy Pieters.

For Vos it was her seventh victory of this cycling year.

She previously also won Gent-Wevelgem and the Amstel Gold Race.
