Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine, Benfica of Portugal, Malmo of Sweden, Young Boys of Switzerland, Red Bull Salzburg of Austria and Sheriff Tiraspol of Moldova completed the contract of qualifying for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

The draw for the group stage of the most prestigious competition in the old continent will be held today, Thursday, in the Turkish capital, Istanbul, at 7:00 pm Mecca time.

The 32 teams that will participate in this year's edition are divided into 8 groups, each group containing 4 teams, provided that no group includes two teams from the same country.

As for the four levels of teams on the basis of which the lottery will be drawn, they are:

  • Fourth level: Dynamo Kiev, Besiktas, Club Brugge, Young Boys, Milan, Malmo, Wolfsburg and Sheriff Tiraspol.

And specialized media expected that the death group would gather teams, Manchester City, Ajax, Paris Saint-Germain and Milan.

If these predictions come true, it will be one of the strongest groups in the history of the prestigious tournament.

The matches will take place as usual, 6 matches on Tuesday and the same on Wednesday.
