Sweden secured its play-off place already yesterday when Finland beat Romania in the same group.

Thus, the Swedes could start looking forward to their first ever round of 16 on the women's side.

But which country Sweden will face remains to be seen.

After losing 0-3 in sets in the last group game against the Netherlands, the Swedes finish four in group D. Thus, Sweden will face the winner in group B, either Poland or Bulgaria, in Plovdiv in Bulgaria on Saturday.

Poland and Bulgaria meet later on Wednesday night.

The Polish shoes lead the group two points ahead of the Bulgarian risks.

Defeat-tipped Sweden's goal was to move on from the group stage and to reach the round of 16 is a success in itself.
