Rebellion in Al-Ahly of Egypt .. and Africans refuse to leave for free

The Egyptian Al-Ahly player, Nigerian Ajayi, refused to leave the club without receiving the rest of his dues for the next season, estimated at 900,000 dollars.

Al-Ahly’s administration handed the player an official letter stating that his efforts were not needed next season, but the player’s response was shocking to the club’s officials, refusing to leave and sticking to completing his contract, according to the assurances of the Egyptian media, Hani Hathout, in his “Match” program.

There were rumors that both Zamalek and Pyramids wanted to obtain the services of the Al-Ahly striker, but Ajayi confirmed that he does not have offers from local or foreign clubs at the present time.

In the same direction, the Zambian, Walter Bwalya, refused to leave Al-Ahly at the end of the season on loan or sale.

The player confirmed to Al-Ahly’s Contracting Director, Amir Tawfiq, that he does not want to leave in the way Al-Ahly sees it, and if his officials have no desire for him to stay, they must pay the rest of his dues for the next three years in his contract.

The cases of rebellion in Al-Ahly were not limited to African players, but rather extended to include the midfielder, Amr Al-Sulayya, who refused to extend his contract before he was placed in the first category, which charges 12 million Egyptian pounds annually with a clause in his contract giving him the right to be professional for a season. One in any Gulf club without linking it to the approval of Al-Ahly, and these are the demands that the administration has reserved.
