At "Ariake Tennis Forest" in Koto-ku, Tokyo, which is the venue for wheelchair tennis at the Tokyo Paralympics, official practice began on the 22nd, and Kunieda practiced on the center court from 4 pm.



Kunieda was carefully preparing for the actual performance by having a meeting with coach Ryo Iwami to check the speed of the ball and having a trainer Kazuki Kitajima take a picture of the practice.



Especially in the practice, I was practicing the form of attack that develops from a sharp backhand.



Kunieda, who is ranked number one in the world ranking for men's singles, is 37 years old and is aiming for the gold medal for the first time in two tournaments.
