Swedish Douglas Lindelöw won the GCL competition in the Netherlands together with teammate Olivier Philippaerts.

The duo competes for the London Knights and rode both on Friday and Saturday.

During the first day, both were faultless with the horses Casquo Blue and Zayado.

On Saturday they exchanged their horses and Lindelöw rode with Cheldon and then there were four errors.

Philippaerts was flawless and the result was enough all the way to victory.

- I am happy with both my rounds, made a small mistake today but luckily Olivier saved me.

It was pressured today with a tough course, says Douglas Lindelöw in a press release from the organizer.

The London Knights are in fourth place in the overall standings.

Douglas Lindelöw has been selected for the European Championships, which will be decided in Germany between 30 August and 4 September.

A championship that SVT broadcasts.
