Stars such as Sebastian Samuelsson, Peppe Femling, Martin Ponsiluoma and Jesper Nelin lined up on the starting line in today's sprint final.

Sebastian Samuelsson got off to a perfect start when he shot full in the first horizontal shot while being fast in the track.

Sprint world champion Martin Ponsiluoma started last of the 23 riders who lined up and he got a heavier start.

Two barriers in the first shot forced him out on two penalty rounds.

With one shot left, Samuelsson was in the lead.

And just like in the first shot, Sebastian Samuelsson shot full in the standing.

He then went to the finish line as a superior leader.

The time ended at 24.30.1 which was the victory time.
