The World Cup premiere in Barcelona was a battle between three-time world champion Johan Kristoffersson and brothers Timmy and Kevin Hansen.

When the first day of this year's second WC competition in Höljes is over, it will be a continued battle between Kristoffersson and Hansens.

And SVT expert Jonas Kruse believes that the battle for the final victory tomorrow Sunday will also be between them.

- Kristoffersson was stronger in the starts today.

Hansens does a good job out on the track.

There they are closer than they have been before.

It's going to be a real fight tomorrow.

The Hansen have to make better starts, otherwise they will have problems.

But if they succeed with the starts, this will be decided on the finish line, says Jonas Kruse to SVT Sport.

Johan Kristoffersson won Saturday's first qualifying heat, Q1, and also set Saturday's fastest time.

- It felt really good.

I had a good start in Q1 and set the fastest time.

It felt really good.

I had a good start in Q2 as well, then it was a tight fight with Timmy there and I was second.

First and second, it feels good, says Kristoffersson to SVT Sport.

"Had a great finish"

Timmy Hansen did not rule over Kristoffersson in Q1, but fought back with a victory in Q2, after a tight incident with Kristoffersson.

- I had a great finish.

In the first heat I lost to Johan.

Then I had a good and clean in others, and took all the time.

It was tight into the joker, but it was good to end with a victory, says Timmy Hansen.

Johan Kristoffersson and Timmy Hansen are in a split lead after Q2.

Both stand at 95 qualifying points.

Third is the Finn Niclas Grönholm with 82 points after a third and a fourth place in the initial qualifying heats.

Kevin Hansen is further down as sixth.

Timmy Hansen is victorious ahead of Sunday's dissolution, with continued qualifiers, semifinals and finals.

- Now we win tomorrow, says Timmy Hansen to SVT Sport.
