A death deprives Liverpool of the efforts of its great star

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Fabinho will not play any role in the team's match against its guest, Burnley, scheduled for Saturday, due to a death.

The British news agency "BA Media" reported that Rebecca Tavarez, 27-year-old Fabinho's wife, confirmed on social media that his father had died.

Klopp said on Friday: "I would say this is a special case. Fabinho is here, doing what he can do and that's pretty much it."

He added: "We all feel him...we offered him and his family our condolences and tried to give him all the warmth, all the love, that we have at this moment and that's all there is to it. The rest is something special."

Klopp revealed that Jordan Henderson and Thiago Alcantara can return to matches after playing a match without an audience against Aston Villa this week.

The duo missed the team's match against Norwich City in the league, after they returned to pre-season training late due to their participation in the European Championship "Euro 2020".

"They are very close to playing," Klopp said. "They look good. Now we have to make the decision. They looked good in the game and in training this week. Now it's up to me to make some decisions."
