"Tokyo Olympics Belle" sells her medal to save a baby

The baby, named "Melousic Malisa", suffers from a heart disease that puts his life at risk, and he needs serious and expensive surgery outside the country to save him.

Because of the huge amount that the surgery required, the child's family requested Andrijk's help, and the Olympic champion did not hesitate to meet the request, and took care of half the amount required for the operation after she sold her medal, in an influential humanitarian situation.


The medal, which was sold for $125,000 and bought by the giant Polish food company "Zabka", was returned to its owner after


 the company decided to gift the medal to the Olympic champion in honor of her and her initiative, in a situation that demonstrates that humanity is indivisible.
