“Gazizov’s side took time to get acquainted with all the documents provided, so there is no decision today, the meeting is postponed to August 24,” the Championship judge quotes.
The defendant asked to attach documents to the case (a copy of the employment contract with Gazizov, protocols of appointment and termination, an additional agreement, equivalent employment contracts with previous directors).
Gazizov worked at Spartak from July to December 2020.
He currently holds the post of CEO at Ufa.
