This spring's Swedish Championship premiere in Höljes did not turn out what seriously invested rallycross talent Klara Andersson and her team had expected.

After a weekend with lots of problems, Andersson was in a modest 14th place after this year's first Swedish Championship competition.

But so slowly have the good results fallen in during this summer's competitions and after the last Swedish Championship weekend in Västerås, it is now Andersson who tops rallycross' 2150 class, who has received Swedish Championship status for this season.

- I am very proud that we were able to fight back, it is not always easy when you have hopes that do not always turn out the way you want, says Klara Andersson.

Ahead of this weekend's super final, Andersson leads the Swedish Championship table - four points ahead of runner-up David Hjertberg.

- Fighting for a gold is something every driver dreams of, so it would be stupid not to enjoy it, we will give everything we have.

If it is meant to be, it will be so, she says.
