Disclosure of the final list of nominees for the Emirates Professional League Awards

The UAE Professional League revealed the final list of nominees for the 2020-2021 sports season awards, with the conclusion of the 4-day voting at the beginning of this month, in preparation for announcing the winners and honoring them in a ceremony worthy of the size of this important occasion to be held on August 16 this year.

The final list of nominees for the UAE Pro League awards sees the trio: Abdullah Ramadan, Ali Mabkhout (Al Jazeera) and Fabio Lima (Al Wasl) competing for the Golden Ball award for the best Emirati player.

And competing for the Golden Ball award for the best foreign player are: Joao Pedro (Bani Yas), Ryan Mendes (Al-Nassr), Tolani Serero (Al-Jazeera).

While competing for the Leader's Award for the best coach are: Romanian Daniel Isila (Bani Yas), Dutch Marcel Kaiser (Al Jazeera) and Abdulaziz Al Anbari (Sharjah).

The competition for the Golden Glove award for the best goalkeeper was limited to: Ali Khaseef (Al Jazeera), Fahd Al Dhanhani (Bani Yas) and Adel Al Hosani (Sharjah).

The competition for the Golden Boy Award for the best Emirati promising player will be between: Majid Rashid (Ittihad Kalba), Ahmed Al Hammadi (Al Dhafra) and Ali Saleh (Al Wasl).

While competing for the Golden Boy Award for the best resident or born player, which was added this year to the Emirates Professional League awards, are: Igor Jesus (Al-Ahly youth), Ahmed Abu Namous (Bani Yas) and Omar Traoré (Al-Jazeera).

And competing for the award for the best player of the public's choice are: Omar Kharbin (Al-Wehda), Fabio Lima (Al-Wasl) and Ismail Matar (Al-Wehda).

As for the list of nominees for the award for the best goal of the season, they are: Omar Kharbin (Al-Wehda), Yahya Nader (Al-Ain) and Ismail Matar (Al-Wehda).
