French marathon runner Mohad Amdowny's behavior during the Tokyo Olympics is controversial.

With her arms outstretched to the water fountain, Armdowny knocks down all 20 or so water bottles and grabs the last one.

Because of this, Dutch player Abdi Naageye, who was playing right behind him, was unable to bring his water bottle.

The scene quickly went viral online, with criticism accusing Amdowny of deliberately knocking down a water bottle to thwart rivals.

On the other hand, there is an opinion that Amdowny's behavior should not be interpreted broadly.

It is argued that it must have been a mistake that came out of a loss of concentration while exhausted from the heat.

Meanwhile, in the men's Olympic marathon, Kenya's Kipchoge won the gold medal for the second time in a row, while Amdowni finished 17th.

Netizens responded, "Children get scolded when they joke around like that... Where did the sportsmanship go?", "I want to believe that I made a mistake because I was tired of the heat!"
