Professional baseball pitcher Yusuke Kinoshita collapsed during practice early last month and was being treated, but an interview with the baseball team revealed that he died on the 3rd of this month.

Kinoshita, who is in his fifth year as a professional pitcher, is 27 years old from Osaka.



In 2017, he joined Chunichi from Tokushima, an independent league Shikoku Island League plus, in the 1st place in the training draft, and was registered as a controlled player.



With a fastball of over 150km, he marked his first professional save last season and was expected to be one of the relief teams this season, his fifth year.



However, I dislocated my shoulder in the final round of the open game in March, and after that, I had surgery on my shoulder and elbow and was working on rehabilitation.



According to the team, pitcher Kinoshita collapsed during practice in Nagoya on the 6th of last month and was taken to a hospital for medical treatment, but died on the 3rd of this month.



The team says, "I can't say any more after talking to my family."
