Brazil's main gun Tandara Kaiseta, the women's volleyball team's semi-final opponent at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, has been caught in a doping test.



Kaiseta will not be able to compete in the Korean match at 9pm Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan.



According to Brazilian media such as Globo, the Brazilian Olympic Committee announced that "Caiseta committed a potential doping violation" and "will return to Brazil without participating in the remainder of the competition."



The Brazilian Olympic Committee added, "We have received relevant information from the Brazilian Anti-Doping Commission."



Kaiseta is a key striker for the Brazilian national team.



In the first match of Group A of the group stage held on the 25th of last month, he also scored 10 points in the match against Korea, leading Brazil to a 3-0 victory in the set score.
