Obligating Al-Ahly youth to pay 9 million dirhams to Habib Al-Fardan... and referring the club to "discipline"

The arbitration panel formed by the Emirates Sports Arbitration Center, during the session chaired by Counselor Ahmed Saeed Juma Al-Suwaidi, and the membership of Counselor Issa Abdullah bin Haider, and Counsellor Faisal Ahmed Ali Al-Haddad, obliged Shabab Al-Ahly Football Company to pay 9.1 million dirhams to the player Habib Al-Fardan in the form of financial dues. The player is owed by the company, and the company is also obligated to pay compensation for the material and moral damage to the player, as well as fees for arbitration fees and expenses and to refer the club to the Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee, according to a copy of the ruling obtained by “Emirates Today”.

Habib Al-Fardan had initially submitted a complaint to the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Football Association, and the complaint took its various stages in litigation.
