The French women's handball team signed a resounding success against the Dutch (32-22), reigning world champions, Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the Tokyo Olympics.

They will face Sweden in the semi-finals.

The handball players delivered a real recital! The Bleues du hand brilliantly qualified for the semi-finals of the Olympics by crushing in great width the Netherlands (33-22), Wednesday in Tokyo. The Dutch, reigning world champions, have never managed to fight, unable to resist the hellish pace imposed by the daughters of Olivier Krumbholz. The French will face Sweden on Friday in an attempt to secure their place in the final, five years after their silver medal at the Rio Games.
